We like many organisations are experiencing a huge demand for our services at the present time. We are experiencing a high number of telephone calls for non-urgent queries, we need to be able to keep our telephone lines free for those patients that are:
• acutely unwell
• those that are elderly or
• vulnerable
it is essential that the practice is able to deliver care to those that need it most at this difficult time.
If you do not fit this criterion then we ask that you use the government and NHS websites for further advice, These are available on our website and social media pages.
We understand that you are worried and concerned, however, we are unable to provide any additional information other than what is already currently available through official channels.
It is a difficult time for all; we ask that you use our services appropriately and sensibly.
For NON-URGENT enquires please use our website to submit a question:

We endeavour to respond to your question within 3 working days.
