I run a 4-week course, where you get the opportunity to try before you commit. You attend the first session, and if you like it, you have the opportunity to continue the course, if you don’t, you stop there at no cost. Each session lasts 1-hour, where you learn the technique and work towards your own fitness goals in a supportive and friendly environment. The course costs £40 per person which is payable on completion of the first session, should you wish to continue. I provide the poles, you come dressed for the great outdoors.

Next Intensive Course: (You will need to have a good level of fitness and be able to walk 7-miles)
Each session lasts 1-hour and is followed by 3 consecutive sessions should you wish to complete the course.
Simply select and confirm the course of preference and I will reserve you a place and send full details of venues. There may be an option to mix and match on subsequent sessions.
Can’t make any of the above dates – still get in touch and I can bear in mind your needs.
I also offer 1-to-1 sessions for anyone wanting individual tuition or a personalised training plan. These are scheduled by mutual agreement and cost £30 per person, per hour. You will usually need a 2 – 3 sessions on a 1-2-1 basis.
