The arrangements for the party are beginning to take shape with sports events for all the family from years gone by, such as Welly Wanging!! So do get in shape for what promises to be, these hilarious events.
The teams handling the arrangements are Belton Recreation Group, Belton Cycling Group (we hope if available) and The Village Hall. We also hope to be supported in some way by the Parish Council and of course, you the villagers who are always so very generous for these community events. We already have a commitment for the generous donation of sausages for hot dogs. If anyone would like to make a donation of rolls for the hot dogs, either homemade or for the cost, we would very much like to hear from you – 717227 or 717623. Any and all donations will be very much appreciated.
We already have promises of donations of cakes. If you would also like to donate a cake for the tea just let us know and bring it along early on the day. Also, if you would like to help prepare of offer anything for the sandwiches, please let us know 717227 or 717623.
If you are available to be a part of the team to help set up the tea and clear, again please let us know.
