To All Coordinators and Members of the Rutland Neighbourhood Watch Association.
On behalf of the Rutland Neighbourhood Watch Association, I have the pleasure to give you early notice of what promises to be both an important and an stimulating Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held between 7-8.30pm, Wednesday, 30th November, 2016, at the Council Chamber, Rutland County Council Offices, Oakham, LE15 6HP.
The first part of the meeting is important, because it picks up the theme of our AGM on 27.1.16, and puts forward both Constitutional and practical proposals to address the continuing problem we experience with our lack of Volunteers; but it is the second part I am excited about. One of our members has devised an interesting and useful development to help you and your colleagues with Communication. It is my view this is the launch of an initiative with real potential, and I hope you and your members will attend to give us your views.
Tea and coffee will be available before the start of the meeting.
I know many of you find evening meetings at this time of the year inconvenient, but please put this date in your diary, and I hope you and as many of your members as possible will attend. If you only attend one meeting in the next 12 months, make it this one.
This has been a difficult year, but I think we can end it on a high note.
Thank you for your work during the last year, I hope to see you on the 30th.
