We are having an open afternoon this Sunday 16th July, between 3pm and 5pm at the Trust Field where the Trustees will be looking to show villagers from Belton, Allexton and Wardley, the field, the aims of the trust in conserving this area of land for the future, and discussing with villagers how they would wish to access the woodland therein.
We’ve made some paths and a woodland walk in order to aid access to dog walkers and those looking for a simple nature trail on our doorstep.
For those that aren’t aware, the entrance to the field is after the Allexton sign, and just before the bridge by Bridge House:
We would love to see you all and listen to any comments as to how the villagers of all three villages would like to make the best use of the access available.
On behalf of all the trustees, I hope to see you on Sunday
Kind regards
